Terms & Conditions

We specialise in redesigning vintage pieces, breathing new life into second-hand garments through craftsmanship, conscious design and local production.

Every Couple Dansant piece is individually handcrafted and made to order after your purchase. Each piece goes through a careful process of sourcing, selection and upcycling before it reaches you.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our Products

Each garment is produced specifically for you, even when a standard size from our size chart is selected. No finished products are kept in stock.

Every piece is unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, stitching, details and measurements (approximately ±2 cm) are a natural part of the handmade upcycling process and add to the character of each garment. They are not considered defects.

Orders

An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed.

Production begins only after your order has been placed.

Prices & Payment

All prices include applicable VAT where required by law.

Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers.

Production & Shipping

Every piece is carefully sourced and individually selected before undergoing a detailed upcycling process. Each piece is handcrafted locally and produced exclusively to order, allowing us to give existing garments a new life while avoiding overproduction.

Production takes up to 30 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Made-to-Order Products – Returns & Exchanges

Every Couple Dansant garment is created exclusively for you after your order is placed.

We offer returns for store credit valid for 24 months or exchanges for another product. If you wish to return your garment for store credit or exchange it for another product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Defective Products

If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the contract, please contact us with your order number, photographs and a brief description.

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, designs, logos, product descriptions and branding, is the intellectual property of Couple Dansant unless otherwise stated.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

The version published on our website at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.
